Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026 · Last updated: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NeuraChain Solutions, LLC ("NeuraChain," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit neurachainsolutions.com (the "Site"), request a discovery call, or otherwise contact us. It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement; that is governed by the agreement with each client.
In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data any website receives. We use it to respond to you and run our business. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and the Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Discovery-call requests, bookings and emails: your name, work email, company, role, phone number, industry, company size, state, the services you are interested in, your availability, and anything you write in the message field.
- Business correspondence: information you include when you email or call us, or share during a discovery call or assessment.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as health, financial-account or government ID details) through the Site or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: like any website, the servers that deliver the Site receive your IP address, browser type, device information, the page requested and the date and time. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
- Fonts: the Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser information to Google when a page loads.
The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold discovery calls, and prepare proposals you ask for.
- To provide, manage and improve our services and the Site.
- To send follow-up messages related to your request. We will not add you to a marketing list without your permission, and you can opt out of any message at any time.
- To protect the Site and our business against fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only to:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| Website hosting provider (currently GitHub Pages) | Hosting and delivering the Site; security logs |
| Google Fonts | Delivering the typefaces used on the Site |
| Our email provider | Receiving and replying to your messages |
| A form-processing service, if we use one | Receiving discovery-call requests submitted through the Site |
| Calendly (scheduling) | Booking discovery calls when you choose a time through our calendar link; Calendly's own privacy policy applies to information you enter there |
| Professional advisers and authorities | Legal, accounting or compliance needs, or when required by law |
| A successor business | If NeuraChain is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets |
These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us or as their own privacy policies describe.
4. Cookies and Do Not Track
The Site itself does not set cookies. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing, although we do not sell or share personal information.
5. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and discovery-call information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case the client agreement applies) or we must keep it longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
6. How we protect information
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their work and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of any follow-up messages.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to access, correct and delete it; to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through the Site); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will verify requests by confirming details with you through the email address on file.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), professional information (company, role, industry), and internet activity (server logs). We collected them from you and your device, for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them only to the recipients in Section 3.
Residents of other states
Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under your state's privacy law. We will honor these requests regardless of where you live in the United States.
To make any request, email us at the address below with the subject "Privacy request." We will respond within the time the law requires, normally within 45 days.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and other social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the Site.
